Introduction and Application: The inclined melting resistance furnace is used for melting or melting low melting point non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, zinc, lead, tin, cadmium, and Babbitt alloy.
The main performance characteristics of this electric furnace include the furnace shell, furnace lining, heating element, crucible, and other parts. The furnace shell is a cylindrical furnace body welded from steel sections and steel plates. The furnace lining is made of refractory bricks, and insulation materials are filled between the refractory bricks and the furnace shell. The heating element is placed on the brick support inside the furnace, and the crucible is installed in the center of the furnace body. The upper part is equipped with two rotatable semi-circular furnace covers. The thermocouple is inserted in two places, one into the crucible and the other into the furnace. On the brackets on both sides of the furnace body, worm gear reducers are installed, and the furnace body can be tilted within a range of 90 ℃ using a handwheel.
